TLILIC0003 - Licence to operate a forklift truck

Service Description

Our 2 day assessment program equips you with the skills and knowledge required to safely operate a forklift truck. After successful final assessment, operators will be able to apply for issue of a high risk licence. Course fee includes registration and all learning materials and initial competency assessment. If the preparation course has not been completed, the assessor may expect to see evidence of experience (log book) and a completed pre course study book presented. A pass at first attempt cannot be guaranteed. A 1 off enrolment fee of $40 will apply, and is included in the course cost. Legislative and regulatory requirements are applicable to this unit of competency. This is an intensive 2 day course for licensing without interruption, and pre-course study is recommended This unit is based on the licensing requirements of Part 4.5 of the Model Work Health and Safety (WHS) Regulations and meets Commonwealth, State and Territory HRWL requirements. The National Assessment Instrument (NAI) is the mandated assessment for the HRWL to operate the relevant licencing class as detailed in this unit. The high risk work license (HRWL) can only be issued in SA by SafeworkSA. Their insistance is that a training course be passed before licence assessment.
