Course Description TMD1 (Traffic management Design Category 1 Roads) - is inclusive of single carriageway roads with a posted speed limit of: • less than 60 km/h where the Annual Average Daily Traffic (AADT) is less than 10,000, or • 110 km/h or less where the AADT is less than 3,000. TC1 (traffic controller) and TMI1 (Traffic management implementer) Urban and Low Volume rural Roads is recommended for new entrants. · Course Fee per Individual $1000. Payable on enrollment or in person at the start of the course. Assessment fee is inclusive. Business Corporate Rate will apply for group booking CITB funding is only available for TMD1 for $360 at this time. Assessment Requirement Attendance at the course and completed the theory component of the program successfully · Completes the required TMD 1 plans and assessment within six months of the course date. Successful persons will be issued with a temporary card, and be eligible for the SA Department of Infrastructure and Transport traffic management designer card for SA Roads
