Prerequisite White Card and driver license Course Description TTM Category 1 Roads - is inclusive of single carriageway roads with a posted speed limit of: • less than 60 km/h where the Annual Average Daily Traffic (AADT) is less than 10,000, or • 110 km/h or less where the AADT is less than 3,000. TC1 and TM1 Urban and Low Volume Roads · 3-day Program 2 days theory one day practical · 20 hours work development under supervision on CAT 1 roads. · Must be completed within 6 months of training date. Course Fees Individual fees $980 including, On enrollment $750 WPA $230 Business Coporate Rate will apply and discounts for group booking CITB funding available . Assessment Requirement Completed the theory component of the program · Completes the three required TMI set ups within six months of the course date. The assessment is to be conducted on a live worksite the student must have a placement before being approved for the program. On Completion the Student will obtain a Certificate of Attainment · RIICOM201E – Communicate in the workplace · · RIIWHS205E_Control Traffic with Stop/Slow Bat · RIIRIS301E – Apply risk management processes · · RIIWHS302E – Implement traffic management plans · · RIIWHS303 – Position, set up and program portable traffic control devices Will be issued with a temporary license, and be eligible for the SA Department Infrastructure Planning Ticket for CAT 1 Roads
