Our same day AHCMOM216 – Operate Side by Side Utility Vehicles course equips participants with the skills and knowledge required to safely operate side by side utility vehicles (SXS/SSVs/UTVs) in agricultural and land management environments.

Participants will learn how to plan and prepare work, select and use appropriate PPE, conduct pre-start, start-up and shutdown procedures, identify farm and workplace hazards and apply controls, interpret work instructions, and operate side by side vehicles to carry out tasks such as transporting tools, equipment and produce, towing small trailers, navigating rough and uneven terrain, working around livestock, and driving safely on farm tracks and paddocks. Training also includes load management, stability and rollover prevention, basic maintenance, and housekeeping in accordance with workplace procedures and manufacturer requirements.
