Our same day AHCMOM317 – Operate Tractors with Attachments course equips participants with the skills and knowledge required to safely operate tractors fitted with a range of agricultural and land management attachments.

Participants will learn how to plan and prepare work, select and use appropriate PPE, conduct pre-start, start-up and shutdown procedures, identify farm and workplace hazards and apply controls, interpret work instructions, and operate tractors with attachments to carry out tasks such as towing and operating seeders, balers, mowers, sprayers, ploughs, and other mounted or towed implements, spreading fertiliser, cultivating soil, and transporting materials around the property. Training also covers safe attachment use, working around PTO, load management, operating on uneven terrain, and performing routine maintenance and housekeeping in accordance with workplace procedures and manufacturer requirements.
