Our RIIMPO324F – Conduct Civil Construction Grader Operations course equips participants with the skills and knowledge required to safely operate a grader in civil construction and related industries.

Participants will learn how to plan and prepare work, conduct pre-start, start-up and shutdown procedures, identify workplace hazards and apply controls, interpret site plans and service information, and operate a grader to carry out tasks such as spreading and trimming materials, forming and maintaining roads, cambering, shaping batters, and working in confined areas. Training also includes routine maintenance and housekeeping in accordance with workplace and manufacturer requirements.

In addition to the formal training and assessment, candidates are required to complete a minimum of 100+ hours of logged on-the-job training with a host employer to demonstrate consistent workplace competency.
