Our RIIMPO337E – Conduct Articulated Haul Truck Operations course provides participants with the skills and knowledge required to safely and effectively operate an articulated haul truck in civil construction, mining, quarrying, and resource industry environments.

Participants will learn how to plan and prepare for haul truck operations, conduct pre-start inspections, perform start-up and shutdown procedures, identify workplace hazards and implement risk controls, interpret workplace instructions and site requirements, and safely operate an articulated haul truck to transport materials across varying terrain and worksite conditions.

​

The course also covers loading and hauling procedures, communication requirements, safe manoeuvring techniques, maintaining vehicle stability, operating in accordance with site traffic management plans, and carrying out routine maintenance and housekeeping activities.x

Course fees include all learning and assessment materials, practical training, and the issuance of a nationally recognised Statement of Attainment upon successful completion.
